The world around us is changing (like it or not). One of the few places still left untouched by a GLBT influence, Hip-Hip is now being infiltrated by a need breed of MC’s. Unlike their mainstream contemporaries these rappers are of the GLBT variety and being quite open and vocal about it.
I for one am beyond excited to see that the gays are claiming their space within in the hip-hop industry. While we call all be certain that they will not see mainstream success anytime in the near future, one day they will be viewed as pioneers.
