Rihanna may be “tops” on the charts but she can’t stay off her “bottom”

Check out the “S.O.S” singer as she takes a spill during a recent stop on her “Last Girl On Earth” tour.

Say what you want….you have to give her points for a quick recovery.

See the spill after the jump.

Rihanna channels Grace Jones on new tour

Avant-garde  diva Grace Jones recently turned down a collaboration with pop sensation Lady GaGa; saying she was not a fan of the way Ms. GaGa has taken a page from her style book without her permission.

Lets hope that Rihanna was smart enough to get the green light before going on tour because judging by these two photos, it is more than apparent who was her source of inspiration.

Grace Jones was obviously ahead of her time.

Rihanna “Last Girl On Earth” tour kicked off last night in Antwerp

I love me some Rihanna but these performances were boring as hell. We all know she’s not the strongest singer, so I am at least expecting great showmanship and stage presence and that is not what I got.  I am going to shut up now and let you form your own opinions.

Check out a few of the performances below:

Rihanna gets drum lesson from Travis Barker

Wit the “Last Girl On Earth” tour opening any day now, Rihanna is hard at work with putting the finishing touches on the production.

Check out a clip as Rihanna gets drum lessons from none other then Travis Barker.

This is one that you have to see to believe!

Check out this video of a little boy dancing to Rihanna’s “Rude Boy”. If you are having a bad day….this is sure to be the sunshine that you need to make it better.

I am not sure where this little boys parents are….but when they see this video…I guarantee there will not be anymore made for a while.

I couldn’t take the raw emotion!

Rihanna on American Idol.

Rihanaa stopped by American Idol to perform her son “Rock Star”. Originally it was said that she was going to perform “Te Amos” which is a song about lesbian infatuation. Judging from the way she edited “Rock Star” there was no way producers were going to let her get away with singing a song about lesbianism.

The performance fell flat for me but who really like Rihanna for what she gives vocally? I am all about seeing what she gives me visually.

Rihanna PSA For Fight Against Leukemia

Having lost a cousin to this disease…I know 1st hand the damage the Leukemia causes.

A few months a go, a little girl who was a friend of Rihanna succumbed to Leukemia and the little girls mother wasted no time throwing Rihanna under the bus. Accusing the “Rude Boy” of using her daughter for propaganda and not truly having concern for her health.

Some may see this as a way of team Rihanna doing damage control. But I say who cares…as long as she’s bringing attention to the disease.

Rihanna’s “Rude Boy” #1 for a 3rd week.

When I 1st got the Rated “R” disc, Rude Boy was the song that instantly caught my ear. I knew it would be a hit and I am so proud to relish in the fact that my instinct are more often right, than wrong.

Rhianna’s disc was initially thought of as a failure when it failed to reach the number one spot during its 1st week of release. That spot went to phenom Susan Boyle. Now almost 6 months after being released, “Rated R” is still making itself known on the charts and that is being helped a great deal by the single “Rude Boy”

Rihanna maintains her lead billing on the Billboard Hot 100 for a third week with “Rude Boy,” the third single from her latest album “Rated R.”

“Rude” also moves to the No. 1 slot on the Radio Songs chart, her fourth leader on that list and first since she was featured on T.I.’s 2008/2009 chart-topper “Live Your Life.”

“Live Your Life” was also the last song to earn Airplay Gainer honors for six consecutive weeks, a streak “Rude” reaches this week as it improves by a healthy 25 million listener impressions. Read more…
