Man decapitates his mother.

This is one of those stories that shakes your faith in humanity. To think that someone was capable of doing this to another human is beyond me. But when you add the fact that its a mother who’s life was taking so gruesomely at the hands of her own son….I am at a loss for words.

Jumar D. Henry, 21, of Jacksonville, Fl., was arrested Sunday afternoon, April 25th, 2010 for the gruesome murder of his mother.
Mr. Henry allegedly killed Jennifer Renee Henry Ling, 43, on Saturday night and her decapitated body was found Sunday after Church.

When Jumar D. Henry showed up for church on Sunday morning, fellow members noticed bruising on his face, visible injuries to his head, along with blood on his hands and nails and notified police. They had no idea that would lead to the discovery of Jennifer Renee Henry Ling’s decapitated body a short time later.
Henry was taken into custody and transported to the police station to be interviewed.
He tried to leave the police station and was told he had to remain longer—he then allegedly tried to force his way out, leading to a scuffle with an officer. The scuffle lead to his arrest for battery on a law enforcement officer.

Meanwhile, family members discovered Jennifer Ling’s body inside her neat and tidy home in the 1500 block of West Sixth Street and immediately called police. Not long after the that call, police received another about a head being discovered in a black plastic bag a few blocks away.

Jennifer Henry Ling’s boyfriend said he spoke with her by phone around 8:45 p.m. Saturday evening and she indicated she was with her son.
Witnesses have come forward saying they saw Jumar Henry carrying a bag to the back of a lot several blocks from the home around 9:50 p.m. Saturday; returning moments later without it.

Jumar Henry’s father stated he saw his son shortly after midnight Saturday and that he noticed his son had injuries. Henry allegedly told his father some men had beaten him.

Police admit they don’t know what led up to the gruesome Saturday night death of 43-year-old Jennifer Renee-Henry Ling as her 21-year-old son sits in the Duval County jail charged with murder.

“We don’t know at this point. We just don’t know,” said Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Lt. Larry Schmitt.

As white-suited police evidence technicians combed the tidy one-story home just blocks away from the historic Edward Waters College campus, neighbors wonder what happened too.

Jumar Henry remains behind bars and is ineligible for bail. He was arrested once for grand theft but has no convictions.

Our world has gone insane! Parent’s killing children, children killing parent’s— and it seems every story tries to top the previous one when it comes to gruesome.

Did Jumar Henry murder and decapitate his own mother, then go to church hours later? If so, why? Comfort? Forgiveness? Alibi?
If Henry did this, was it due to drugs, a psychotic break or just pure evilness? Were there any warning signs of trouble? So many questions and no answers.

My heart goes out to all those affected by this barbaric and senseless act, and that includes the police officers and technicians as well as family and friends.

I’m sure your family must be proud: Two men arrested for engaging in oral sex, in K-Mart bathroom

1st of all can I get a collective “eeeewww!”  for having sex in a bathroom? How disgusting! Anyhow…this type of thing really sickens me, because it only goes to further the masses claims that homosexuality and perversion are synonymous.

I mean seriously….they have adult book stores and bath houses for this type of activity. This is the last thing I want to think about when I am looking for a “Blue Light Special”.

When I think about “Animal Farm”, I think about required reading in Junior High but apparently for some folks….Animal Farms are the equivalent of Bunny Ranch in Vegas.

I don’t want to asy too much about this story as I find it thoroughly disturbing, so I am going close my mouth and let you read it for yourself:

A Washington State man is in police custody after they say he owned and operated a bestiality farm where customers could engage in various sex acts with horses, dogs and mice.

Dozens of animals were confiscated from the property of 39-year-old Douglas Spink who is known for breeding dogs and horses and ran the “Exit Point Stallions Limitee.”

Police also report that there were graphic pictures at the farm showing child pornography and various acts of bestiality.

Whatcom County Sheriff Bill Elfo described the graphic scene to the Associated Press saying,

“This stuff is just truly bizarre. There were mice that had their tails cut off, they were smothered in Vaseline and they had string tied around them.”

Police became suspicious of Spink, a convicted cocaine smuggler on supervised release, when he repeatedly called a public defender’s office in Tennessee to inquire about a man that had filmed a another man having sex with a horse.

The man on tape later died of internal injuries.

When they searched Spink’s home they also found video of a man having sex with three dogs. That man was on the property in the same clothes as the video and arrested on the scene.

Transsexual murderer, suing the state to pay for sex-change

The unmitigated gall of some people. This case is one of those cases that really makes me a ambivalent. While I beleieve that certain accommodations should be made for gender variant individuals….you have to keep in mind that you are a ward of the state and the whole purpose of prison is to strip you of your rights.

So for a transsexual to go to jail (for murder) and then decide that she is ready to transition, seems a little opportunistic to me. At the most….she should be allowed to have hormone therapy and even that is being generous, considering the nature of her crime.

No to mention..,what good is the sex change going to do you you, if you are incarcerated for the rest of your life? To me this case only hurts those transgender individuals who are really in dire need of state/government assistance.

A cross-dressing Massachusetts inmate who murdered his wife and has spent the last decade suing the Department of Correction for access to a sex change operation had a taxpayer funded mammogram this week, Fox 25 has learned.

Robert Kosilek – who sued for the right to change his name to Michelle in 1993, the year that he began his expensive court battle to force taxpayers to foot the bill for a sex change operation – has been receiving hormone injections and electrolysis hair removal as an inmate at MCI-Norfolk.

Those hormone treatments helped Kosilek develop breasts and the con has been wearing a bra in the all-male Massachusetts prison, DOC officials said.

On April 13, Kosilek, 59, was transported from the prison to the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital in Boston for an appointment in the radiology department. There he was given a routine mammogram before he was returned to the prison at noon, according to transportation documents obtained by Fox 25.

DOC spokeswoman Diane Wiffin would not comment on Kosilek citing CORI restrictions. But she did release a statement saying:

All Black People Leave The Store – Part II

Looks like some folks believe Whole Foods isn’t for everyone. In an incident almost textbook to the Walmart incident that happened a few weeks back, someone took over the P.A. system and made an announcement that have people of color a little upset.

Police in northern New Jersey say a 14-year-old girl grabbed a supermarket microphone and announced, “All blacks leave the store.”

The case is nearly identical to what happened on two occasions at a southern New Jersey Walmart. Edgewater police say the new case is being investigated as a possible “copycat” situation. They say they were called after the girl made the announcement over the Whole Foods Market’s public-address system Saturday afternoon.

The girl, whose name was not released because of her age, is charged with bias intimidation and harassment. In the Walmart case, a 16-year-old boy faces the same charges after police said he twice ordered all blacks to leave the store.

Madieye Diallo’s body had only been in the ground for a few hours when the mob descended on the weedy cemetery with shovels. They yanked out the corpse, spit on its torso, dragged it away and dumped it in front of the home of his elderly parents.

The scene of May 2, 2009 was filmed on a cell phone and the video sold at the market. It passed from phone to phone, sowing panic among gay men who say they now feel like hunted animals. “I locked myself inside my room and didn’t come out for days,” says a 31-year-old gay friend of Diallo’s who is ill with HIV. “I’m afraid of what will happen to me after I die. Will my parents be able to bury me?”

A wave of intense homophobia is washing across Africa, where homosexuality is already illegal in at least 37 countries. In the last year alone, gay men have been arrested in Kenya, Malawi, Sierra Leone and Nigeria. In Uganda, lawmakers are considering a bill that would sentence homosexuals to life in prison and include capital punishment for ‘repeat offenders.’ And in South Africa, the only country that recognizes gay rights, gangs have carried out so-called “corrective” rapes on lesbians.

“Across many parts of Africa, we’ve seen a rise in homophobic violence,” says London-based gay-rights activist Peter Tatchell, whose organization tracks abuse against gays and lesbians in Africa. “It’s been steadily building for the last 10 years but has got markedly worse in the last year.” To the long list of abuse meted out to suspected homosexuals in Africa, Senegal has added a new form of degradation — the desecration of their bodies.

In the past two years, at least four men suspected of being gay have been exhumed by angry mobs in cemeteries in Senegal. The violence is especially shocking because Senegal, unlike other countries in the region, is considered a model of tolerance.

“It’s jarring to see this happen in Senegal,” says Ryan Thoreson, a fellow at the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission who has been researching the rise of homophobia here. “When something like this happens in an established democracy, it’s alarming.”

Cop Accused of Beating Transsexual in Court

Memphis, Tn – If a surveillance video hadn’t existed would fired former Memphis Police officer, Bridges McRae still be a wearing a badge? If there wasn’t the video could somehow the still unsolved shooting death 9 months later of the late transsexual, Duana Johnson, have been avoided?

But, for a federal jury chosen on Tuesday to determine the guilt or innocence of McRae based on the February 2008 Shelby County Jail surveillance tape, conjecture about those hypothetical questions are moot. It is their duty over the next five to six days of trial to determine if McRae’s apparent beating of Johnson with fists and handcuffs after her arrest on prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia charges violated her civil rights.

A prosecution that proceeds with only the haunting words of a deceased victim to describe the incident and a tape which captures a few excruciating moments in time, “It was real viscious. I felt like an animal getting beat.”

Federal Judge Thomas Anderson hoped to sift through the jury pool of more than 80 juror prospects. Mcrae, flanked by his Washington-D.C.-based attorneys had very little expression, occasionally glancing at family members who came to the courtroom.

Originally scheduled to begin in January, the trial had to be delayed until April when some difficulties arose in selecting a jury. Thomas said he hoped to have a jury of twelve picked by the end of the day with testimony to begin on Wednesday.

Prosecutors will rely heavily on the surveillance tape. Even as the trial begins, attorneys who represented the late Johnson, who was found murdered in November of 2008, insist they still plan to file a million dollar lawsuit against the city on behalf of their former client. An action, which in the wake of Johnson’s untimely death, would seem to serve as an attempt to memorialize a life of tragic torment.

An Outfit to die for: Woman kills cousin over Easter outfit!

1st of all when I looked at the picture below…the 1st thing that stood out to me were the numbers “666” above her head. For all of my bible thumpers….you know that is the mark of the beast.

Not to insinuate that this young woman is in any way evil or a beast but something evil was clearly in her midst.

Basically an evil bitch couldn’t take the fact that her cousin came to the Easter dinner giving her body and her man took notice. So much notice that she thought it wise to kill her own cousin.

The bottom line is: Jealousy is only good when its used to motivate!

When a teenage cousin showed up at Evelyn Burgess’ house for Easter dinner wearing what Burgess considered a revealing outfit, the hostess was not going to let the issue go.

According to family members who were present, Burgess got mad when her husband took notice of the T-shirt and jean shorts that Danielle Pickens was wearing.

Burgess and Danielle Pickens fought before Pickens walked outside and got into a car in front of the Linden-area house.

Burgess followed, pointed a handgun at her 19-year-old second cousin and shot her in the head, according to police.

Burgess, 42, told police that Pickens showed up at her house in an outfit that “was inappropriate and disrespectful to wear at Easter dinner,” said Columbus homicide detective Steven Eppert.

Man arrested for stabbing hiw wife 70 times in the chest as children watched in horror

Sometimes all you can say is: Wow! This story just boggles my mind.

My mother always told me: “Its a thin line, between love and hate” and obviously she was not lying. How could a man promise to “Love, Honor and Protect” a woman and then do this (in front of their kids)?

A Minnesota man is in police custody after they say he stabbed his wife to death in the head and chest 70 times in front of their two children.

46-year-old Billy Nash fatally stabbed his wife Pauline Nash before one of their six children intervened, grabbing the knife from him and running away.

A week before killing his wife, he was charged with misdemeanor assault for slapping, kicking and dragging his wife by the hair for not wanting to have sex with him.

A judge released Nash however on terms that he would not have contact with her.

He violated that order just a week later, arguing with the woman about money and ultimately stabbing her to death.

The couple’s daughter 18-year-old Brittany Nash says she awoke to hear her mother’s terrified screams Friday around 3 a.m.

When she ran to help, she found her father attacking her mother and dialed 911 while her 13-year-old sister stepped in, grabbing the knife and running away.

One of the men responsible for the rape of a 7 year old girl is arrested.

Timear Lewis, 19 is the latest to be arrested in connection with the gang rape of a 7 year old Trenton NJ, girl. The girl was allegedly offered to the group of men by her 14 year old step sister.

I am so happy so see that authorities are wasting no time rounding these men up and I hope they get everything they have coming to them for the torment the inflicted on a defenseless child.

Two men and three teenage boys were charged Saturday with gang-raping a 7-year-old girl who was sold by her 15-year-old stepsister during a party at a crime-ridden apartment building in Trenton, police said. Details of the arrests were announced at a Saturday evening news conference outside police headquarters. Police Director Irving Bradley said detectives had been working around the clock since the crime was reported March 28.

“We did get a lot of cooperation from the community, which helped break this case,” Bradley said. Those arrested included Gregory Joseph Leary, 20, in custody since Friday, when he was charged with having sex with the 15-year-old. The other four are Timear Lewis, 19, and three boys aged 13, 14 and 17. Each was charged with aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment. Prosecutors likely would seek to try all of them as adults, Mercer County prosecutor Joseph Bocchini said.
The suspects, who were to be assigned public defenders, were being held Saturday night and couldn’t be contacted for comment. There was no telephone listing for Lewis; a telephone for a G. Leary had been disconnected.

The case shocked residents of the gritty Rowan Towers apartment building, where three of the people arrested live, police Capt. Joseph Juniak said.
Building management has stepped up its security presence there and promised additional safety measures. Residents have expressed skepticism that the apartments would become safer.
